Thank you for your interest!  We will work to make ordering as convenient for you as possible.  We will usually process your order within 24 hours.

• International orders - Orders from outside the USA must be prepaid with credit card or International Money Order.The normal sequence is:
  
  
  • You finalize the items you wish to order
  • We send you a quote for shipping and handling to your international address. If you have a US address where you would like to receive shipment, ordering on the web site will give you an accurate quote of the amount of shipping. However, we would still need prepayment as your institution is not in the USA.
  • Assuming an international shipping address, you accept the quote.
  • You submit payment
  • by credit card, or
  • by International Money Order payable to Multicultural Media, the producer
  • Upon payment, your order will ship.
  
  
• Credit Card - Order securely online at World Video Anthology.com. You may also give credit card information via phone or fax (see contact information below).  Your credit card statement will show payment to Multicultural Media, the vendor, not World Video Anthology. 
  
  We are willing to break up a purchase into more than one transaction, if this will help with institutional limits on your credit card.

• Purchase Order - For domestic orders only, and not available to individuals.  Submit your PO # online or fax, email, or mail a signed purchase order.  If submitting by fax or mail, please address your Purchase Order as follows:

  We handle Multiple Purchase Orders - collaborate!  Split up an order between departments to minimize the impact on individual department budgets.

• Checks - For domestic orders only.  If you pay by check, please make it payable to Multicultural Media, the vendor.

• Invoicing - Multicultural Media, the vendor, will send an invoice.  If payment is made at the time of your order, it will be marked paid.  Institutions in the USA may choose to use a purchase order instead of prepaying.
